And Abigail is one of my favorite little girls to photograph. I have watched her grow up and she is just too cute. Her expressions are "Pure Abigail" as her mom says!
And this last one just makes me laugh - a lot! There are others of the two of them together that look more "precious," but the expression on the older sister's face is almost deadly and then the candy cane just looks like a weapon. Watch out Mama - these two could turn your hair gray!! Actually, they were both very good kids.
I don't do many in the home sessions with people. Lighting is just sometimes too hard to control and I don't like hauling all my huge lighting equipment - ugh! I don't love on-camera flash for portraits, so mom scoped out the light in her home and I was so impressed. I really loved the session. It was more relaxed for a new baby, even though we had a few screams. An Anne Geddes photographer I am not - I think the temperature had lots to do with it. The heat was turned up, but seriously, I think adults have to be sweating to get babies to sleep like angels while naked. Just my thoughts. While clothes, this little Allison zonked out. When unclothed - yikes! Even her screaming pictures are cute though. Babies just can't be bad! They are miracles!!
